Order Problems
For a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, describe the problem clearly. We may reply to request photographs of the product, packaging, or shipping label so we can arrange the right solution.
Please do not submit payment-card numbers, account passwords, or authentication codes.
Cancellations and Address Changes
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order or correct an address. Our products are made to order and production can begin within minutes, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Response Time
We normally respond within two business days. Messages received on weekends or holidays may take longer.
Submitting multiple messages about the same issue may slow our response. If you need to add information, reply to our email response whenever possible.
