Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software or automated attacks, use false payment or delivery information, scrape or commercially exploit site content without permission, place fraudulent orders, test stolen payment information, or infringe the rights of others.
We may block access, cancel orders, or report activity when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
Products and Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Most products are produced after an order is placed. We use independent production and delivery partners to manufacture and ship these products on our behalf.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors appear; minor variations in print color, placement, texture, finish, measurements, and dimensions may occur. Product mockups may not reproduce every physical detail. Minor variations inherent in the printing process are not necessarily defects.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout.
Payment may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal or WooPayments and its payment infrastructure. We do not directly receive or store complete card numbers.
Submitting an order authorizes us and our payment providers to charge the displayed total. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance.
Order Acceptance and Fraud Review
We may decline, hold, or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unauthorized card use, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, an invalid address, or violation of these terms. We may request reasonable verification before accepting a transaction. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Errors and Availability
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, or availability information. If a material error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because most products are made to order, cancellations are possible only when production can still be stopped. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Order Problems policy. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Shipping
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Orders may arrive in multiple packages. Customers are responsible for supplying a correct and complete delivery address. Additional charges may apply when an order must be reproduced or reshipped because of incorrect customer-provided information.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original photographs, artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content belong to The Big House Shop or their respective licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit its design or imagery. You may share links or photographs of products for ordinary personal and social-media use, provided you do not claim ownership of our work or use it commercially without permission.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, and social platforms.
